Roles and responsibilities
Calibration of powertrain (Motor, Inverter, Battery/ BMS, DC/DC)
Calibration of charging function (OBC, Fast Charger, BMS)
Calibration of vehicle functions (Peripherals, Cluster, Infotainment screen)
Thermal calibration
Non-driving function calibration
Model-based desk calibration & test bed calibration
Data analysis and calibration optimization for performance, energy efficiency, drivability,
charging efficiency
Homologation related calibration
Diagnostics calibration
Summer/ Winter/ Altitude calibration (Environmental)
Calibration dataset release

Skills and experience
Experience in powertrain calibration for EV
Fundamentals related to thermal system, HV system
Sound knowledge of PMSM control, Inverter, On board charger, BMS, BCU
EV powertrain technology
Embedded software understanding
Matlab/ Simulink
Data acquisition/ logging ( CANalyzer, PCAN Explorer, INCA etc..)
Data analysis and interpretation
Calibration process
Basic Knowledge of procedures and Regulations for homologation
Good riding skills for 2 wheeler geared vehicle
Good oral and written communication skills
