VenusEspecially in test automation-Orbit E, ECU testing and diagnostics Data logging,DRONA,Torque tracebility Especially in Assembly -All type of DC tools(IR,DESORTER VENUS multitorquing machines) & multi torquing machines 1.Attend & resolve the different types of breakdowns on Electricals & Electronics of Manufacturing Equipment's through systematic approach to ensure non-repetition of breakdowns.( Diagonostic skills) Scheduling & execution of Preventive Maintenance _TBM, CBM, Online PM.2. Ensure Equipment Software backups at regular interval & keep records of any modifications.3.Process parameter monitoring & controlling.4. Co-ordination with maintenance team as well as the service engineers for equipment service work, AMC etc. 5. Co-ordination with Production, Plant Engineering & other stake holders for major improvements, process change, new model/variant adaptation & new practices. 6.Equipment safety compliance to be audited & maintained periodically.7. Maintenance record updating & MP sheets/Design improvement to be shared.8.
