The Infection Control Nurse will be responsible for implementing and monitoring infection control programs, conducting infection surveillance, educating healthcare staff on infection prevention, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The role includes coordinating with healthcare teams to prevent and control infections, analyzing infection data, and responding to infection outbreaks.QualificationsGNM/BSc/MSc Nursing with Infection Control CertificationExperience: 5–7 years in NABH accredited hospitalExcellent communication and education skills for training staff on infection preventionImplement, monitor, and update infection control policies and protocols in line with NABH and national guidelines.Conduct regular audits, surveillance, and risk assessments to prevent hospital-acquired infections.Provide training and guidance to clinical and support staff on infection prevention practices.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to infection control standards.Analyze infection trends and prepare reports for hospital leadership.Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to infection control.
