The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing robust, scalable front-end applications integrated into AEM components, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React.js integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Build custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end logic using HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, CSS, and React. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver responsive and high-performance web applications. - Translate design mockups into fully functional front-end components with pixel-perfect accuracy. - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all front-end solutions. - Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices. - Debug and resolve front-end related issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2–3 years of experience in front-end development. - Strong hands-on experience with AEM (6.4 or higher) including component development, templates, dialogs, and AEM front-end pipeline. - Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS. - Experience integrating front-end code with AEM using HTL (Sightly) and Sling Models. - Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating with back-end services. - Good understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git). - Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and other modern front-end build tools. - Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications:- AEM Certification is a plus. - Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). - Experience in performance tuning and web vitals optimization. - Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). - Familiarity with headless CMS and GraphQL is a plus.Soft Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
