Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver responsive and high-performance web applications. Translate design mockups into fully functional front-end components with pixel-perfect accuracy. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all front-end solutions. Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices. Debug and resolve front-end related issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 yearsof experience in front-end development. Strong hands-on experience withAEM (6.4 or higher)including component development, templates, dialogs, and AEM front-end pipeline. Proficiency inReact.js ,JavaScript (ES6+) ,HTML5 ,CSS3 ,SASS/LESS . Experience integrating front-end code with AEM usingHTL (Sightly)andSling Models . Experience withRESTful APIs ,JSON , and integrating with back-end services. Good understanding ofCI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git). Familiarity withWebpack ,Babel , and other modern front-end build tools. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications: AEM Certification is a plus. Experience withAEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) . Experience in performance tuning and web vitals optimization. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Familiarity with headless CMS and GraphQL is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
