As we grow at a fast pace, we're looking to hire for positions in our newly launched business line.For further details please visit our Website: &Designation: Sr. Consultant/Consultant (Cost Segregation Specialist) - US marketPlease share your CV - info@marsbim.comJob Location: Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad & WFH (Candidate will have to come to Ahmedabad for first 3 Months)Experience:   1+ yearsEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentJob Responsibilities:· Conducting Cost Segregation Studies for US market:o Performing detailed analyses of commercial real estate properties to identify and reclassify assets for accelerated depreciation.o Analyzing architectural plans, construction documents, and financial records.o Conducting on-site property inspections.· Tax Compliance and Reporting:o Preparing comprehensive cost segregation reports that comply with IRS regulations.o Ensuring accurate classification of assets and proper documentation.o Staying up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations related to cost segregation.· Client Interaction and Collaboration:o Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and explain study findings.o Collaborating with tax professionals, accountants, and engineers.o Providing expert advice on cost segregation strategies.· Data Analysis and Documentation:o Utilizing cost segregation software and other tools to analyze data.o Maintaining accurate records and documentation.o Providing detailed reports of findings.Essential Skills and Qualifications:· Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for tax savings.· Attention to detail and accuracy.· Proficiency in using cost segregation software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).· Understanding of construction principles and terminology.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field.· Experience in cost segregation, tax accounting, or commercial real estate.Key aspects of the job:· The role involves a blend of tax knowledge, engineering understanding, and analytical skills.· Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
