With a focus on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction, we provide comprehensive technical support and solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experiencedCNC Senior Service Engineerto lead service operations, handle installations, and ensure smooth machine performance at customer sites. Key Responsibilities:Performinstallation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenanceof CNC machines at customer locations. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for complex technical support and spare parts management. Conductpreventive maintenanceand machine health inspections as per schedule. Provide on-site and remotetechnical assistanceto customers and junior service engineers. Train customers on machine operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices. Document service activities, prepare service reports, and maintain records. Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales technical discussions when required. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery. Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians. Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience:8 –10 years inCNC machine installation, service, and maintenance. Strong hands-on experience withCNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi / L&T) . Good knowledge of mechanical alignment, electrical circuits, and control parameters. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer-handling ability. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations across India.
