The role involves driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring engineering teams while delivering high-quality, energy-efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities • Plan, design, and review MEPF systems for large infrastructure projects • Ensure compliance with international standards such asISO, ASHRAE, and NFPA • Implementenergy-efficient and sustainable engineering solutions • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and vendors • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality benchmarks • Support vendor evaluation, contract execution, and technical approvals • Lead training initiatives and mentor junior engineers • Drive continuous improvement and professional development programsEducation & Experience • B.Tech / Diploma inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering •10–12 yearsof relevant experience in MEPF design and executionKey Skills & Competencies • MEPF system design & execution • ISO / ASHRAE / NFPA compliance • AutoCAD, BIM & engineering tools • Project planning & tracking • Vendor & stakeholder management • Leadership & team mentoring • Sustainability & energy optimization
