Customer Relations
  • Welcome new families and show them around our facility
  • Explain our swim programs to parents
  • Watch over swim classes to ensure quality and safety
  • Give parents updates on their child's progress
  • Do at least 3 student assessments per session
People & Community
  • Be the main contact person for customers
  • Build good relationships with students and their families
  • Train swim teachers to better connect with kids
  • Keep the pool environment fun and energetic
  • Organize fun events like swim races and water safety days
Managing the Team
  • Help keep the swim team organized and looking professional
  • Guide swim teachers to do their best work
  • Handle customer questions and concerns
  • Run team meetings
What You Need to Have
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Strong people skills
  • Experience helping with cultural events
  • Good at solving problems
  • Basic knowledge of swimming programs
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
Training for this role

You'll get 25 days of complete training:

  • 5 days of training on your roles and responsibilities at our headquarters
  • 12 days of on-job training training
  • 6 days of working independently
  • 2 days of final assessment

  • Getting new customers to join our program
  • Keeping current customers happy and enrolled
  • Running regular events
  • Getting good feedback from customers
  • Keeping attendance high
Reporting
  • Daily updates to the Swim Director
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Monthly check-ins with the Technical Director
