We Provide Unsecured loans for up to Rs 1,50,000/- with easy and affordable installment options.About the Role :Capital Now is seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Flutter to join our growing tech team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our mobile app ecosystem-including the customer-facing Android app and internal tools-while ensuring alignment with evolving compliance standards.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Flutter (where applicable for cross-platform needs).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.- Work with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrations.- Lead and mentor junior developers and handle escalations of complex issues.- Participate in regular code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts.- Support UAT, deployment, and release management processes.- Ensure application compliance with business standards and Google Play Store policies.Essential Qualifications :- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.- Experience with Flutter for hybrid or shared module development.- Published at least two Android apps on Google Play.- Solid knowledge of Android SDK, REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.- Strong understanding of Google Play policies, including the ability to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest updates.- Experience working in large-scale mobile projects with multi-module architectures.- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Why Join us?- Best Workplace Certified- Fast-paced work environment- Opportunity to take ownership- Platform to develop new skills - Rewarding work journey (ref:hirist.tech)
