About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Lease Management Functional Consultant to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Oracle Lease Management and related Oracle Financials modules, with a proven track record of leading implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.⭐ Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Oracle Lease Management implementations, enhancements, and support. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design functional solutions. - Configure and optimize Oracle Lease Management, including lease contracts, assets, billing, revenue recognition, and accounting processes. - Collaborate with technical teams to guide development, testing, and integration activities. - Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and training materials. - Conduct UAT, user training, and post-production support. - Provide SME-level guidance on best practices, process improvements, and product capabilities. - Troubleshoot complex functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.-Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Lease Management. - Strong functional expertise across Oracle EBS Financials (AR, AP, FA, GL) and related modules. - Proven experience in implementations, upgrades, and production support. - Strong understanding of lease accounting, billing, revenue processes, and financial workflows. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex solutions effectively. - Experience preparing functional documents and leading client workshops.-Preferred Qualifications- Oracle certifications in Financials or related modules. - Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Lease Management is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
