Hiring Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant - Qatar - Permanent job with MNS companyJob Location:HCM Expert, Oracle Fusion Sol Architect for large transformation program Job location:Doha, Qatar (Remote / Onsite)Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations. Ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and PaaS. Design scalable solutions forCore HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruitingmodules.Implementation & Delivery Leadfull lifecycle implementations : requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live. Develop technical components includingHCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas . Overseedata migration strategiesand ensure compliance with security standards.Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals. Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution. Performance & Optimization Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations. Implement best practices forreporting and analyticsusing OTBI and BI Publisher.Mandatory Skills Expertise inOracle Fusion HCM modules : Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting. Strong knowledge ofintegration architectureandOIC . Hands-on experience withHDL/HSDL ,Fast Formulas ,HCM Extracts , andBI Publisher . Proven ability to designreal-time inbound/outbound integrations . Familiarity withsecurity roles, approval workflows, and compliance .Preferred Skills Experience inglobal rolloutsand multi-country implementations. Knowledge ofRedwood UI ,Page Composer , andHCM Experience Design Studio . Certifications inOracle HCM CloudandOCI .Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
