Working inimplementation project doing support role.Key word: Payroll, Oracle HCM Fusion, Cloud, UK, implementation project, oracleHCM functional , Oracle fusion HCM functional, Techno-Functional, UKLegislation.Key job responsibilities:1) Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional , musthave experience in UK Payroll (Mandatory) any other payroll with UK payrollis added advantages.2) Should have good experience in Payroll end of year processes.3) Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements tothe Oracle HCM Cloud application4) Learn about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches and communicatechanges to key individuals5) Responsible for testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impactanalysis to ensure the stability of the application6) Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practiceguidance on HCM business processes7) Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties,stakeholders, and project teams8) Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment9) Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommendsolution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution andinform customer of status10) Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodologywhile influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures11) Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in bothcommunication and process in all client interactions12) Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectivesand requirements13) Update configuration workbooks when necessary14) Participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions15) Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates asappropriate16) Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issuesExperience: 6-9 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud FunctionalKey Skills: Functional or Techno Functional experience in HCM Cloud Payroll Experience in Payroll processing and Fast Formulas Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by client Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client Ability to create or update functional design documents Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches
