  • Expertise in developing HCM Extracts, Payroll Extracts, BI Reporting.
  • Expertise on Fusion HCM application on migrating data using HDL, SpreadSheet Loader, FBL and PBL tool.
  • Expertise on Development of reports and interfaces using Fusion HCM Extract tool, OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Involved in fusion technical activities such as migration and extraction of Core HR, Compensation, Payroll and into Fusion HCM application- (Optional)
  • Good knowledge on Functional Setups for Core HR, Payroll and Absence.
  • Expertise on writing HCM extracts Fast Formulas.
  • Experience in Creating Reports and Analytic using Oracle HCM Cloud BI.
  • Trained the customers in working with the Oracle modules provided technical expertise.
  • Responsible for understanding the Functional Specifications and prepared the Technical Specification Documents and Test Case documents.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skills.
