About the Role - Head Corporate ServicesThe role involves overseeing the functional planning and strategy for operations management, disaster management, and people management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead the development of the manufacturing division's overall strategy, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Oversee infrastructure planning, including land allocation for accommodation, office space, guest houses, and office furniture, while managing budgeting aspects such as estimated costs for housekeeping, Food & Beverages (F&B), etc. Monitor and ensure strict adherence to the manufacturing division's business plan, strategic objectives, and goals. Approve and recommend the allocation of budgets across various corporate services aspects like Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Pest Control, Guest Houses, etc., and provide inputs for corporate and functional budgets related to corporate services. Supervise adherence to budgets, track variances, and ensure the financial health of the corporate services function within the manufacturing division. Provide oversight and assist change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions, management of change in processes and systems to minimize disruptions. Review progress reports shared by Site Heads about project status and provide expertise on potential bottlenecks and improvements in the Corporate Services processes.QualificationsExperience: 20 to 25 years Location: GujaratRequired SkillsFunctional Planning and Strategy Operations Management Disaster Management Policies, Processes and Procedures People ManagementPreferred SkillsMatrix Management Customer Satisfaction Index Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence Turnaround time for events like shutdown preparation, festivals, etc. Zero defects rate in operations Employee Retention Rate Project Timeliness Cost EfficiencyPay range and compensation packageDetails regarding the pay range or compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.Please share updated CV to kavita.aparanji@qmail.quesscorp.com
