Position Overview:

The Video Podcast Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to create, produce, and distribute video podcast content that aligns with Artha Group's brand and goals. This role requires a creative and analytical mind, with a deep understanding of digital media trends, audience engagement, and content marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop a robust video podcast strategy that aligns with Artha Group’s brand values and business objectives.
  2. Identify target audience segments and tailor content to meet their interests and needs.
  3. Steer channel growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
  4. Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent release schedule.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to align podcast episodes with overall marketing and communication plans.
  6. Create engaging and informative scripts for each podcast episode.
  7. Ensure the content is coherent, concise, and aligns with the strategic goals of the podcast series.
  8. Prepare detailed background research and questionnaires for guests across diverse genres such as business, finance, geopolitics, music, movies, and politics.
  9. Generate innovative ideas for podcast episodes, including themes, topics, and guest speakers
  10. Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate relevant and timely content.
  11. Oversee the editing process to ensure high-quality audio and video production.
  12. Collaborate with editors to enhance the final product, including sound design, visual effects, and graphics.
  13. Execute and supervise end-to-end coordination of podcasts on YouTube and audio platforms.
  14. Manage the end-to-end production process, from planning to publishing.
  15. Ensure all logistical aspects of podcast production are handled efficiently, including scheduling, recording, and distribution.
  16. Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics to optimize future episodes.



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in planning and managing podcasts end-to-end.
  3. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  4. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  5. Proficiency with audio and video editing software.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong understanding of digital media trends and audience engagement strategies.



Compensation and Benefits:

CTC: ₹15 Lakhs per annum

Monthly Salary: 12 Lakhs (paid monthly)

Retention Bonus: 3 Lakhs (paid at the end of the year)
