What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?


  1. 2-3 years of digital marketing experience focusing on paid customer acquisition.
  2. Expertise in managing daily ad budgets exceeding ₹2-3L
  3. Profound knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads with a strong focus on Conversions/Sales.
  4. Experience with WordPress, Click-funnels, and similar tools for setting up or verifying conversion tracking codes.
  5. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to extract and present insights from data effectively.
  7. Adaptability and eagerness to learn and implement new strategies rapidly.



Bonus Points If You Have:


  1. Experience with coaching and ed-tech marketing funnels.
  2. Skill in running YouTube ads optimized for sales conversions.
  3. Background in client-facing roles or copywriting, including creative briefs and ad scripts.
  4. Basic coding or web development knowledge.



Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute campaigns with clear conversions/sales goals across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  2. Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimising for cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Engage in continuous testing (A/B testing) to enhance audience targeting and creative output.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and optimise new growth channels.
  5. Manage multiple marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of spend versus performance.
  6. Regularly update internal teams on campaign progress and strategise improvements.
