Ensure adherence to partner schools’ brand guidelines while developing design concepts that effectively meet marketing goals and solve communication challenges. Collaborate with content strategists, writers, and marketers to produce impactful assets, including brochures, social ads, videos, and other digital materials. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects - ensuring timely execution, design consistency, and stakeholder alignment throughout the creative process. Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams using project management and productivity tools to track progress and maintain transparency. Uphold design quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet brand and creative benchmarks. Work proactively to streamline creative workflows, improve production efficiency, and reduce turnaround timelines. Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints and creative assets. Support the Marketing team in prioritizing tasks and managing timelines for optimal output.
