Job Description Job Title: Relationship Manager– LRD/ Developer Finance Grade Range: L6M/L7M Current Job Holder Name: Department: Reports to: Zonal/Regional Business Head – LRD Location: Regional Office  Job Purpose Statement Assist the zonal/regional business head in driving profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting/Developer Finance Business within a designated geographical zone from developers. This role will involve managing relationships with clients in the real estate sector, structuring innovative financing solutions, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to provide tailored financing offerings  Duties & Responsibilities  Assist regional head for LRD (Lease Rental Discounting) & Developer Finance product lines, setting the strategic direction and objectives aligned with overall business goals.  Drive growth by developing a strong builder-focused business portfolio.  Identify and pursue business opportunities within the builder and developer segments to expand client base & market LRD product segment  Drive micro-market assessment to understand the business potential & risks associated in the target geographies, key builders to target, their project delivery track, reputation in market etc  Build long-term relationships with leading builders and construction companies, fostering trust and securing ongoing business.  Implement best practices for the commercial LRD vertical to enhance the efficiency of processes, from loan application to disbursement.  Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and adjust the performance of the LRD portfolio.  Monitor and report the performance of the region against established targets and KPIs  Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal risk controls for the operations under their purview  Manage regional credit risk & ensure quality of loan disbursements, portfolio management, developer project monitoring, and compliance with lending norms.  Manage client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the loan lifecycle.  Coordinate documentation and support disbursement processes in line with sanction terms.  Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational queries and ensure compliance.  Track post-disbursement documents and assist in regulatory filings.  Support portfolio monitoring and prepare basic MIS reports.  Assist in escrow account management and NOC issuance.  Organizational Relationship Business Head - LRD Zonal /Regional Business Head – LRD  Job Requirements Professional Qualification Relationship Manager – LRD Skills & Knowledge Functional Competencies  Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field  Understanding of LRD products, loan documentation, and compliance norms  3+ years of experience in LRD, Construction Finance, or related credit operations in wholesale real estate lending.  Customer Focus, Execution Excellence, Collaboration, Agility  Attention to Detail, Relationship Management, Process Orientation  Strong communication and coordination skills
