RED Global - Checkpoint Firewall Engineer - Long Term Contract - Remote - ASAP


On behalf of our Global Key Client, RED is currently looking for a Checkpoint Firewall Engineer.

Role: Checkpoint Firewall Engineer

Start: 1st / 2nd week of Dec or Jan 1st (furlough from 16th Dec – NY)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote (Pune OR Hyderabad based ideally for laptop collection)

Capacity: 5 days/week

Languages: English

Project:

  • Work on Checkpoint Firewall evergreen upgrade, migration as well as firewall testing.
  • Documentation – Jira / Confluence
  • Cisco networking skills, troubleshooting cisco switches, routing etc
  • Checkpoint Maestro – nice to have,

Change work / migration:

  • Change work expected 2/4 Saturdays in a month, time back in lieu (max 40 hour working week).
  • They will work in their time zone but in some cases they will need to support other time zones.
