Whether it’s CRM, ERP, or Low-Code automation, we help organizations translate technology investments into real business impact.As anAI Business Process Solutions Specialist , you will partner with enterprise clients especially in theManufacturing and Industrialsectors to help them harness the power of Microsoft and AI ecosystems for digital transformation.This role demands astrategic problem-solverwho can connect business needs with technology capabilities, build relationships at theC-suite level , and lead complex enterprise solution sales cycles.Key Responsibilities Lead and ownaccount strategy and planningfor targeted enterprise customers, aligning Recrivio’s AI and Microsoft-based solutions with their business priorities. EngageC-Suite and Business Decision Makers (BDMs)to identify transformation opportunities across CRM, ERP, and Low-Code applications. Articulate business value through consultative storytelling — from improved supply chain efficiency to AI-driven process automation. Manage theend-to-end sales cycle : discovery, business case development, solution alignment, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate closely withsolution architects, delivery teams, and Microsoft partnersto design and deliver winning proposals. Maintain strongpipeline discipline , forecast accuracy, and consistent reporting through CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot). Drive long-term account relationships focused on client success, renewals, and growth opportunities. Share thought leadership and insights onindustry trends, AI innovation, and manufacturing modernization .Qualifications & Experience 5–12 years of experience insolution sales, business transformation, or digital consultingpreferably within theManufacturing or Industrialdomain. Proven expertise selling or consulting onCRM, ERP, Low-Code , orAI-based business applications(Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or equivalent). Strong understanding ofsupply chain, production, customer engagement, and field operationsprocesses. Experience leading large enterprise deals from account mapping to multimillion-dollar solution closures. Comfortable engaging and influencingCIOs, CFOs, COOs , and digital transformation leaders. Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity withMicrosoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365)ecosystem is a strong plus.
