In this role, you will source candidates, manage reactivation and referrals, and to recruit for placement into US hospitals through high-volume phone calls and emails. Ideal for fresh graduates or post-graduates eager to learn, this position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with office software and basic administrative tools. The ability to work with various technologies is a plus. Responsibilities: Source candidates Reactivation Referrals High volume phone calls and emailing messages To recruit for placement into US hospitals Qualifications: Fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Must be able to work with technologies also Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.
