Job Summary:


As a Travel Desk Executive, you will be responsible for managing all travel-related arrangements for the company’s employees and clients. Your role involves booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and providing detailed itineraries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Travel Arrangements:

Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation.

Obtain necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.


Itinerary Planning:

Vendor Management:

Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.

Qualifications:
