Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead at BIZTECHNOSYS in Bengaluru.
- The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, team management, customer service, communication, and driving sales initiatives to meet targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Team Management, and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's in Business Administration or related field
- Industry certifications in sales or management are a plus
