We are seeking an exceptional AI Research Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI systems to lead cutting-edge research and build next-generation AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will combine deep theoretical knowledge with practical experience in solving real-world problems using AI and contribute to both product innovation and academic Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and experiment with novel AI/ML algorithms and architectures across domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.

- Conduct original research to solve complex problems and publish in top-tier journals and conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate research into scalable, production-ready solutions.

- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance AI/ML capabilities.

- Mentor junior researchers and guide the direction of AI projects and strategy.

- Contribute to patent filing and intellectual property development initiatives.

- Analyze model performance, interpret results, and continuously optimize for robustness, accuracy, and scalability.

- Engage in experimentation, benchmarking, and validation using state-of-the-art datasets and computing Skills & Qualifications :

- PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

- 5 - 10 years of research and hands-on experience in AI/ML with a strong publication record or demonstrable project success.

- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas :

  • Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
  • Natural Language Processing (LLMs, BERT, GPT, etc.)
  • Computer Vision (Object Detection, Image Segmentation)
  • Generative Models (GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs)
  • Reinforcement Learning and Self-supervised Learning
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, JAX, etc.).

- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and statistics.

- Experience working with large-scale datasets, distributed training, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).

- Ability to balance deep research with real-world application and business impact.


Nice to Have :


- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model compression, or multimodal systems.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks or tools.

- Familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), and scalable inference.
