Role:- Data Analyst Work Location:- Gurgaon Work Mode:- Hybrid Job description:- What you will bring Experience: Data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within healthcare or revenue cycle management Technology Skills: Expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel and SQL Analytic Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills and clear verbal skills to ask questions, review quality and participate in meetings Customer Service Skills: Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery What we would like to see Advanced SQL skills with expertise in descriptive and diagnostic analysis Experience with reporting and visualization tools Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations
