We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Drafting Engineer ( PHE & FPS)


Scope

Plumbing drawing / as built drawing preparation of plumbing works for commercial, residential and hospitality projects.


Role Scope


Operational responsibilities: Preparing PHE & FPS drawings in accordance to TE standards and project specific requirements under the guidance of design engineer, maintaining the progress & quality of drawing till the GFC stage, occasional site visits, and attending technical meetings as per requirement.

Coordination with architects, other departments and site team during the progress of the project.


Profile Description:

Essential Skills (Behavioral): Need to raise to the occasion by supporting to other team members.

Essential Skills (Technical): Need to understand architectural and structural drawings and also check scope of work and scheme before going to drafting. Attending technical meetings.

Preparation of As-Built drawings

Desired Skills (Behavioral): Proper communication, team work.

Desired Skills (Technical): Adhered to project schedule with quality deliverables.

Mandatory knowledge requirements: Revit and AutoCAD

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interact and Coordinate with operation team, Architects, Structural engineers, QC/QA team and services design engineer to provide Plumbing and Fire Protection drawings and as built drawings.
  • Understand architectural drawings, structural drawings and site requirements before starting the work.
  • Drafting of Plumbing & Fire Protection drawings as per site condition in coordination with site team.
  • Drafting of PHE & FPS as built drawings in coordination with site team.
  • Basic Knowledge of PHE & FPS design / NBC/ UPC-I /IS standards.
  • Attend site meetings / visiting sites to take the relevant inputs to prepare shop drawings / as built drawings.
  • Preparation of PHE & FPS drawings using REVIT and AUTO CAD software.
  • Documentation-Formally record each and every document produced and maintaining records. Responsible for full construction documents production including sheets setup.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections at site during different stages of construction
  • Generated drafting work in REVIT & AutoCAD within required time frame while maintaining company high quality standards.


Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Civil/Environmental
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PHE & FPS design and drafting in commercial & Residential projects.
  • Mandatory Skill: Well versed with AutoCAD / Revit / MS office software.

· Knowledge of Electrical design / NBC/ NEC /IS standards.
