Automation Test Engineer- Selenium + C#

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium (C#) and Tosca , who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, eager to upskill in new technologies, and capable of delivering high-quality test coverage in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C# for web applications. Create and manage test cases in Tricentis Tosca , leveraging reusable modules and test data design. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing as needed. Analyze user stories and requirements to identify edge cases and build robust test scenarios. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts during Agile ceremonies. Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks as per project and organizational needs. Participate in code reviews, test design reviews, and contribute to test strategy improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in software testing. Strong hands-on experience in Selenium with C# (NUnit/TestNG or similar frameworks). Experience in Tricentis Tosca – test case design, module creation, and execution. Solid understanding of testing methodologies (STLC, SDLC, Agile). Good debugging and analytical skills; able to think through edge cases and failure scenarios. Fast learner with a growth mindset – able to pick up new tools and technologies quickly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to API testing (Postman, RestSharp, etc.). Experience in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
