Location : Pan India (Hybrid Model)

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in Workflow and WebDynpro development.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of custom development, enhancement frameworks, and integration scenarios.

This role is open across Pan India locations with a flexible hybrid work option.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).

- Develop and support SAP Workflows for various business processes.

- Design and implement solutions using WebDynpro ABAP.

- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and change requests.

- Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices and standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong working experience with SAP Workflows (custom and standard).

- Expertise in WebDynpro ABAP development.

- Experience in enhancement techniques (User Exits, BADI, BAPI, Enhancement Spots).

- Hands-on experience with OO ABAP, ALV, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Module Pool Programming.

- Knowledge of data dictionary objects, performance tuning, and debugging.

- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
