Role Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our GEM/government vertical sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting and acquiring Government and PSU accounts in North India. This role presents an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the public sector. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire PSU/Govt. accounts in North India.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire Government and PSU accounts in North India.

- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Government sector, including ministries, departments, and public sector undertakings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges.

- Leverage knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal and its working capabilities to identify and pursue opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and support, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Skills & Requirements :

- You have 4+ years' B2B selling experience in similar or adjacent industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Strong understanding of the Government sector, including procurement processes and decision-making structures.

- Familiarity with the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal and its working capabilities is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
