Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.Job Description :We are seeking a Identity and Access Management Engineer Cloud Platforms to join our team :- Manage and support Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations.- Oversee Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity & Access concepts.- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AAD Connect and Azure SSO.- Support and maintain ADFS basic operations.- Configure and troubleshoot Azure MFA and Conditional Access Policies.- Manage Azure AD RBAC concepts, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM/PAM).- Monitor and analyze Azure AD logs to detect anomalies.- Configure and troubleshoot Azure Identity Provisioning, Identity Governance, and B2B integrations.- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and use Microsoft Graph API for automation of Azure AD and AD workflows.- Provide basic support for Azure B2C operations.- Collaborate on IAM projects across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, :- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a technical/technological discipline.- 3- 8 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including Azure AD operations (e.g., AD Connect, SSO, Conditional Access, PIM/PAM, B2B/B2C).- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and models : SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, RBAC, ABAC.- Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API.- Practical experience with hybrid and multi-cloud IAM, including federation or SCIM-based provisioning.- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and compliance tools to align IAM operations with security and regulatory requirements.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to resolve complex IAM issues across teams.We offer :- Culture of Relentless Performance : join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.- Competitive Pay and Benefits : enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, language courses, and a relocation program.- Work From Anywhere Culture : make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work.- Growth Mindset : reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.- Global Impact : collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.- Welcoming Multicultural Environment : be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.- Social Sustainability Values : join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
