The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineering, QA, and business teams to validate data pipelines, ensure accuracy, and deliver insights that support critical healthcare decisions.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Insights- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large and complex datasets - Analyze and validate dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports - Identify data trends, anomalies, and root causes through deep-dive analysisData Quality & Validation- Perform data QA, validation, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of reporting - Build automated SQL-based data quality checks to flag inconsistencies - Maintain validation procedures, data dictionaries, and QA documentationCollaboration & Continuous Improvement- Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Business teams - Participate in UAT, testing, and sign-off for new data sourceAdditional Requirements (SQA SQL / Data Engineering Background)- 6+ years of relevant experience - Strong expertise in Advanced SQL - Experience with PySpark / Pandas - Hands-on with Automation Testing & Data Pipelines - Familiarity with AWS and Jenkins CI/CD - Strong background in Data Validation & Data Quality Assurance - Immediate joiners preferred - Experience working in Healthcare Data Analytics is a major plusInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: careers@sidinformation.com
