Role Overview:Join our Customer Experience Analytics team as a Senior Analyst, driving data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction. You will analyze diverse datasets, develop actionable insights, and present findings to senior leaders to enhance key metrics and decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Insights• Analyze and transform large datasets to identify actionable insights into customer experience touchpoints.• Use statistical techniques and tools to improve success metrics and answer business questions. Reporting & Visualization• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings effectively.• Present insights to senior leaders using data storytelling and actionable recommendations. Consultation & Collaboration• Recommend process improvements for data relevance, usability, and timeliness.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytics solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, statistics, or informatics.Technical Skills• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).• Experience with Databricks and handling large datasets.• Bonus: Familiarity with Azure Analysis Services, NLP, or machine learning techniquesBehavioral Skills• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities.• Effective communicator with a focus on actionable insights and collaboration.
