Ads Expert (Lead Generation)Full-Time Role

Salary Range: ₹4–6 LPA (Based on Experience)

Experts Plan is looking for a results-driven Ads Expert who knows how to turn clicks into qualified leads — especially in the service business and info product sectors.

This is not a freelance or side-gig role; we want someone ready to dive in full-time, own the ad strategy, and consistently deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google ads (mainly YouTube) campaigns for maximum lead generation.
  • Work closely with our internal team to align ad strategies with business goals.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for service-based businesses and info products.
  • Test creatives, ad copies, and targeting to maximise ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads and YouTube Ads ( Ads is a bonus).
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on ad campaign management experience.
  • Strong portfolio showing past campaigns, results, and ROAS.
  • Experience across niches such as service businesses, coaching, consulting, and info products.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to analyse numbers and translate them into winning strategies.
  • Willingness to relocate to Pune if required. (optional)
