The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, results-driven professional with a strong focus on generating and nurturing leads over the phone. This role is a critical part of our sales funnel, converting inquiries into valuable leads for our on-ground sales teams.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential high-net-worth clients from provided databases. - Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable property options. - Explain the features and benefits of our luxury real estate projects with clarity and confidence. - Schedule and confirm site visits or meetings for the field sales team. - Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Candidate Profile:- Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales or marketing is a plus. - 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate, banking, or insurance sector. - Exceptional communication and persuasive selling skills. - Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.What We Offer:- A premium brand association with the Times of India Group. - An attractive salary with a highly rewarding incentive structure. - Comprehensive training on luxury real estate and sales techniques. - A clear career path for growth within our sales organization.
