Digital Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and digital marketing needs.
  • Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance, and potential areas for improvement.

2.Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

3.Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor key campaign metrics (such as traffic, conversions, ROI) and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Create detailed performance reports using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or social media analytics platforms).
  • Present campaign performance data and recommendations to clients during regular meetings.

4.Project Management:

  • Manage multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, development, media buying) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise during campaigns and work toward effective solutions.

5.Client Strategy & Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital services to clients.
  • Work with clients to forecast and plan future digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support in the development of long-term strategies for client accounts.

6.Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, and technical) to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Provide clear and concise briefs to creative and technical teams.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to create innovative digital marketing ideas and solutions for clients.
