Brand Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing initiatives across both retail stores and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign planning, store events, social media, WhatsApp broadcasts, and brand collaborations. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving footfall and online traffic, and engaging customers across multiple touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Campaign ManagementPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for retail outlets and online platforms.Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels to optimize ROI.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.Retail EventsPlan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotions to drive footfall and customer engagement.Liaise with store managers and visual merchandisers to align event execution with brand guidelines.Track and report event success metrics.WhatsApp Broadcast MarketingManage the creation and scheduling of WhatsApp broadcast messages to promote offers, new arrivals, and events.Maintain and segment WhatsApp customer database.Ensure message design is aligned with brand tone and optimized for conversions.Social Media ManagementAssist in content planning, creation, and publishing across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Work closely with content creators and designers to maintain a consistent visual identity.Monitor engagement metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.Brand CollaborationsIdentify and engage with complementary brands for co-branded campaigns, events, or promotions.Manage collaboration timelines, communications, and deliverables.Ensure all partnerships align with brand values and appeal to the target audience.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or digital marketing.Experience organizing retail events and executing online marketing campaigns.Working knowledge of WhatsApp for Business, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.Strong project management and coordination skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We’re Looking For:A brand storyteller with a deep understanding of lifestyle marketing.Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.Passion for pets and the pet-parenting lifestyle is essential.Location : Ahmedabad6 Days workingSalary 4 to 9 LPA
