Senior Field Service Engineer

Job Holder Requirements:

· Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in managing service for medical imaging equipment, including Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

· Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance of advanced imaging systems.

· Customer Relations: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital leadership and clinical staff


Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Technical Service Management:

  • Oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of PET CT, CT, and MRI systems.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Preventive Maintenance and Contracts:

  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Oversee the execution of annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and comprehensive maintenance contracts (CMC).
  • Ensure timely renewals and execution of contracts in line with customer agreements.

· Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with sales and support to serve the customer needs and service opportunities.

· Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor service metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for service operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

· Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all service activities are documented accurately and comply with company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and technologies.


Educational Qualification:

Graduation: B. Tech/ Diploma in Biomedical or Electronic & Communication

Post-Graduation: Preferred, Not Mandatory
