*Salary:* INR 6,00,000 to 10,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)

*Job Description:*


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. *Financial Management:*

  - Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.


2. *Accounting Operations:*

  - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

  - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


3. *Audit and Compliance:*

  - Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

  - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.


4. *Financial Analysis:*

  - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  - Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.


5. *Strategic Planning:*

  - Contribute to the development of financial strategies and business plans.

  - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.


*Qualifications:*


- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CA preferred.

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
