The person will oversee accounts payable, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and manage expense accounts and coding within the accounting system


  • Preparation of Financial Statements as per GAAP standards and accounting principles.
  • Prepare and Evaluate Budgets and Management Reports.
  • Identify and Address Financial issues at risk.
  • Manage and Oversee accounting and finance staff to ensure accuracy and accountancy.
  • Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
  • Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate staff.


Education and Experience: '

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related, with at least three years of experience in an accounting office; three to four years of accounting experience with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity; OR
  • two to three years of public accounting experience.
  • CPA or ACCA are preferred, but not required
  • Semi qualified CA/ CPA highly preferred.
