Financial Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and enhance shareholder value.
  • Oversee the development of financial models, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish financial goals and KPIs.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEBI and stock exchange guidelines.
  • Manage statutory filings, annual reports, and financial disclosures in accordance with public company regulations.
  • Work closely with auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports.

Investor Relations:

  • Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and the financial community.
  • Lead quarterly earnings calls and presentations, addressing key performance indicators and future outlooks.
  • Provide financial transparency and insights to shareholders and potential investors.

Audit and Risk Management:

  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure robust financial controls are in place.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment and continuously review policies to ensure best practices.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver insights on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure necessary financing and capital.
  • Oversee corporate treasury functions, including investments and currency risk management.

Fundraising and Capital Allocation:

  • Evaluate and implement capital structure strategies, including debt financing and equity issuance.
  • Drive capital allocation decisions in line with company objectives and shareholder interests.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement in financial processes and team capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution (IIM or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 8 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in a public company.
  • Deep understanding of Indian financial regulations, SEBI guidelines, and stock exchange compliance.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage investor relations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
