We are seeking a persuasive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, and able to deliver excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call listsPromote company products or services and explain their benefitsAnswer customer questions and handle objections effectivelyConvert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM systemFollow up with leads and nurture relationships for long-term sales opportunitiesWork closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performanceStay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trendsPreferred Skills:Experience in B2C salesMultilingual skills (if applicable)Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft OfficeBenefits:Competitive salary plus commissionPerformance-based bonusesTraining and career development opportunitiesFriendly and supportive work environment
