For more information visit https://global.rakuten.com/corp/.What will you do?To provide high-level administrative and technical support to leadership, ensuring smooth operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic prioritiesKey Responsibilities:Administrative Support- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for HR executives. - Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. - Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper), ensuring confidentiality and compliance.Travel & Communication- Make domestic and international travel arrangements for HR leaders and teams. - Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of HR executives. - Organize and prepare agendas and logistics for meetings and events.Project & Stakeholder Coordination- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. - Track budgets, vendor contracts, and support procurement processes. - Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, HR, Communications, or related field). - High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:- 8 Year + years of experience as an Executive Assistant. - Experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.Skills:- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) and tools like Concur.RAKUTEN SHUGI PRINCIPLES:Our worldwide practices describe specific behaviours that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
