We're looking for a results-oriented Offshore Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience generating high-quality B2B service leads for US and international markets. This role demands someone who can independently design and execute lead generation campaigns, understand service-based sales cycles, and deliver measurable results that directly impact revenue.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute comprehensive lead generation campaigns targeting US, UK, and international B2B service buyersBuild and manage targeted prospect lists using advanced research and prospecting toolsCreate personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channelsDevelop compelling messaging that articulates NyxaLabs' service value propositions effectivelyQualify leads through discovery conversations and BANT/MEDDIC frameworksGenerate consistent flow of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) meeting defined criteriaManage lead nurturing campaigns for prospects not ready to engage immediatelyConduct market research to identify new industries, segments, and opportunities for NyxaLabs servicesAnalyze campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for better conversion ratesCollaborate with sales team to refine ideal customer profiles and messaging strategiesMaintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reporting on lead generation activitiesTest different approaches, messaging angles, and channels to improve response ratesStay informed about NyxaLabs' service offerings to effectively communicate value to prospectsWork across international time zones to engage prospects during their business hoursEnsure all outreach complies with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and international data regulationsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of proven experience in offshore lead generation specifically for B2B services companiesDemonstrated track record generating qualified leads that converted to closed deals for US/international clientsMust provide portfolio with specific metrics: number of leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue impactDeep understanding of service-based business models and longer sales cyclesExpert-level proficiency with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Hunter.io)Strong experience with marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, Lemlist, Mailchimp)Excellent English copywriting skills for creating engaging outreach messagesProven ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end without supervisionStrong analytical skills to interpret data and make optimization decisionsExperience working with US/UK markets and understanding cultural nuances in business communicationComfortable working flexible hours to align with target market time zonesMust-Have Experience:Minimum 50+ qualified leads generated per month in previous roles (with documentation)Proven experience selling or generating leads for services like: consulting, IT services, digital marketing, development, design, or similar professional servicesPortfolio showing campaign results, conversion metrics, and pipeline contributionExperience with full-cycle lead generation from research to hand-off to salesReferences confirming lead quality and performance metricsPreferred Skills:Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for high-value service accountsKnowledge of intent data platforms (Bombora, 6sense, Clearbit)Familiarity with content marketing and inbound lead generation tacticsExperience with paid advertising for lead generation (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)Understanding of lead scoring models and qualification frameworksPrevious experience in agency, consultancy, or professional services environmentCertifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn MarketingPortfolio Requirements: Your application must include:Specific lead generation metrics from previous roles (volume, quality, conversion rates)Case studies showing successful campaigns with clear ROIExamples of email sequences, LinkedIn outreach templates, or campaign strategies you've createdEvidence of working with US/UK service buyersQuantifiable impact on pipeline and revenue from your lead generation effortsTools & Technologies You Should Know:Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.ioAutomation: HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Lemlist, Reply.ioCRM: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, ZohoAnalytics: Google Analytics, campaign reporting dashboardsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work with a fast-growing service company serving international clientsPerformance-based compensation with achievable targetsRemote work environment with flexibilityProfessional development and career advancement opportunities
