The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to invoicing, accounting, taxation, payroll, procurement, auditing, and financial analysis.

Key Management:

- Oversee the entire financial management process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.

- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.

Invoicing and Accounting:

- Supervise the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Maintain up-to-date accounting records and reconcile financial discrepancies.

- Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Taxation and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities for tax filings and assessments.

- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Vendor and Bank Management:

- Evaluate and recommend vendors and banking partners based on financial viability and strategic alignment.

- Manage relationships with vendors and banks to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

Payroll and Collection:

- Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.

- Manage collections to ensure timely receipt of payments from customers and Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.

- Coordinate with departments to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Audit and Financial Reporting:

- Coordinate external audits and provide necessary support and documentation.

- Facilitate the timely closure of books and preparation of balance sheets and financial reports.

Who Are We Looking For:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

- Proven experience min 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the IT Industry.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
