Job Description:

- We are looking for a methodical Market Research Analyst to gather data from internal, external, open market, internal, survey and process regular report preparation.

- Process statistical data in order to support all stakeholders during their decision making process regarding product designs, prices and promotions.

- The successful market researcher will be able to analyse autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies, competition and market Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.

- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences.

- Open to travel of when required as per requirement of assigned project.

- Compile and analyses statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.

- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.

- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.

- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.

- Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.

- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices.

- Reports findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings.

- Forecasts and tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.

- Delivers reports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.

- Analyses data from various sources to identify patterns and insights.

- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on research.

- Evaluate the impact of economic, demographic, and other factors on real estate markets.

- Utilize GIS and other mapping tools to analyses spatial data.

- Participate in industry conferences and networking events.

Requirement & Skills:

- Proven Market Research Analysis experience (4-7 years).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen interest in providing purposeful and accurate insight into consumer behavior, market information.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Superior research, critical thinking and analytical skills with thorough attention to details.

- Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, MS Office.

- Sc / B. Tech background.

- MBA in related field.
