Responsibilities :

Requirements :
- International experience would be an added advantage.
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- Minimum 05 years of proven consultative sales experience in the HRTech/SaaS/Digital Transformation space to Higher Education Institutions.
- Managed a team in the last 3-5 years of experience.
- Consistently over achieved sales targets.
- Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management.
- Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions in a consultative fashion to provide decision support to global organizations.
- Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
