Job Description - Senior Manager


Company Overview :

The Goodfellows is a for-profit dynamic startup on a mission to provide

companionship to senior citizens by pairing them with young empathetic

graduates. At the heart of our mission is the belief that a ‘Goodfellow’ does

everything that a grandkid would do. Through our platform, we aim to bridge

generations and bring warmth to the lives of seniors. We're looking for a Senior

Manager who is charming, takes full responsibility, and can lead with confidence.

Job Details :

Location - Fort, Mumbai

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.


Key Responsibilities :

-Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly

and efficiently.

-Lead and inspire the team, making sure everyone feels supported and

motivated.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

-Oversee key projects and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high

standards.

-Handle issues or challenges with grace and professionalism, finding solutions

quickly.

-Represent the company at meetings, events, and when dealing with important

clients.

-Collaborate with different teams (marketing, operations, business development)

to align on goals and strategy.

-Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve the overall service

quality.

-Take ownership of the company's growth, identifying opportunities and areas for

improvement.


Skills and Qualifications :

-Proven experience in a management role, ideally in operations or business

development.

-A natural people person, with excellent communication and relationship-building

skills.

-Confident, charismatic, and able to lead by example.

-Strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and handle challenges.

-Passion for social impact and a deep care for senior citizens.

-Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

-Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or a startup environment is a plus.
