This role blendstechnical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management , ensuring that quality engineering is embedded at every stage of the software development lifecycle. As both a hands-on contributor and people leader, you will shape QA best practices, guide automation strategy, mentor teams, and represent the quality function in client-facing discussions. You’ll also play a key role in building and evolvingTalink’s Quality Engineering capability .Key Responsibilities Test Strategy and Governance Define and own the overalltest strategyacross multiple projects and technology stacks. Establishquality standards, frameworks, and best practicesfor test planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with architects and delivery managers to align test strategies with business goals, timelines, and risk profiles. Leadership and Resource Management Lead and mentor theQuality Engineering (QE)team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Manage resource planning, task allocation, and team performance across concurrent client engagements. Promote a high-performance culture that values shared learning and continuous improvement. Automation and Delivery Enablement Drive the design and implementation oftest automation frameworksand ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. Review and approve automation strategies, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Overseenon-functional testing(e.g., performance, resilience, and security) as part of delivery planning. Client and Stakeholder Engagement Represent the QE practice inclient meetings, presentations, and reviews . Translate complex testing challenges into clear, actionable, and value-driven solutions. Support estimation, scoping, and planning activities across engagements. Practice Development and Continuous Improvement Championcontinuous improvement initiativesincluding QA tooling, dashboards, and reusable assets. Support recruitment, onboarding, and knowledge sharing within the QE function. Contribute to building internal QA capability throughtraining, templates, and best-practice playbooks .Qualifications and Experience Technical Skills Strong understanding ofQA strategy, test lifecycle management , and integration withinAgile/DevOpsenvironments. Proven experience intest automation architecture , framework design, and tool selection. Familiarity withcloud-native testing , containerization, service virtualization, and test environment management.Experience 6+ yearsof experience in software quality assurance, including2+ yearsin a leadership or test management role. Demonstrated ability tomanage test teams, ensure delivery quality , and engage effectively with clients and technical stakeholders.Soft Skills Inspirational leadership with the ability tomotivate and guide high-performing teams . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and business-facing. Strategic mindset with apragmatic, delivery-focused approachto quality assurance.
