We are on the lookout for a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team within the GAIN Conversion unit. If you are passionate about coding, love solving technical challenges, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the role for you

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-performance websites tailored for conversion. You'll work closely with designers and strategists to implement compelling user experiences that drive business results. Whether it’s optimizing existing sites or building new ones from scratch, your technical expertise will help elevate our projects to the next level.

This opportunity is open to independent contractors based in the Philippines who are looking for flexible remote work with diverse international clients. If you’re a self-starter who excels in a dynamic setting, we want to hear from you

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and maintain websites that are optimized for performance and conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers and creatives to implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices for performance and security.
  • Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure website performance and user behavior.
  • Test and troubleshoot website performance, including usability and responsive design across devices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize site elements to improve conversion rates based on performance data.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting improvements and innovations to the team.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects focused on conversion optimization.

  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with back-end development (e.g., PHP, Node.js, or Python) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing).
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
